Gather everything you need. Dont forget your Palo Santo. Smudging yourself, The pan,The utensils, Clearing and preparing. This is all about the intensions you put in. So beautiful thoughts, beautiful energy.

 Adjust the portion size to a daily wellness dose of 10 to 20 grams instead of a full ceremonial serving. Full ceremonial doses (30 to 40 grams or more) are powerful and better saved for a few times a week to avoid overstimulation.

When making your cacao. You need to remember gentle heat .Dont bring it to the boil. This will melt the cacao and give you the perfect consistency when making your cacao.. Once your oat milk or water is the righttemperature take it directly off the heat, and thenplace in your chopped up cacao. Stiring until melted and thickened. Dont rush the process. Remember this is mindful act.

Then you can add your natural sugar if you require it.
